We are pleased to announce that our first Chapter event of 2016 was a great success! Our meeting space, graciously provided by Qualcomm, was at full capacity and Victor Dumeige's wonderful presentation was met with inquisitive questions, brilliant answers, and ended in all around satisfaction and applause.
In case you missed the event; in his informative presentation, Victor described an exciting new learning platform developed and currently being utilized by Qualcomm employees.
Social networking is infiltrating corporate learning systems as employees play a more proactive and contributory role in shaping the learning that takes place at work. Social networking methodologies provide employees with the tools to access, collect, and manage information and contacts, and to create and share their own learning experiences.
