ATD San Diego is successful because of our many amazing volunteers. For years, volunteers have demonstrated a strong commitment to the San Diego chapter by graciously contributing their time, talents, and resources.
To volunteer for ATD, you need to be a current ATD San Diego member. Make the most of your membership!

Steps to become a volunteer with ATD San Diego:
- Complete volunteer application below
- Attend volunteer interview with the Director of Volunteer Experience and Engagement
- Review:
- Volunteer orientation slides
- Job description for your assigned role
- Meet with Board representative for your role:
- Complete training (this may include a shadow shift, meeting, demonstration or other training as assigned)
- Determine schedule
- Ask questions pertaining to your role
