Crafting a culture that engages and empowers - An experiential forum.

Using the Genius Forum Platform (based on Open Space Technology) we will explore how to create cultures of engagement. Picture yourself participating in the most innovative, transformative, crowd-sourced event for groups!

We will work together to plan, process and address one of the most important issues for the Training and Development industry in 2014. Participants will work together to organize and implement a “conference”: agenda, breakouts, discussions, decisions, and actions. Visualize 100% engagement while solving complex challenges, making plans, or identifying new ways forward. This is The Genius Forum.

Our Genius Forum is a democratic process in which dozens or hundreds of people share ideas, explore options and opportunities, pool their knowledge and work together to find new ways forward. Leverage what ASTD, SHRM, UCSD, Disney, Cox Communications and other large clients already know about this innovative facilitation technique.
