SPEAKER DETAILS:
Jessica Segal is a VP of Talent by day. She got into talent development at 16 when she opened the second location for Panera in the country and quickly found herself doing all the onboarding, new hire training, and writing the first training guides for corporate Panera in between her high school classes. During the course of her 20 plus year career, she's worked across multiple sectors including higher ed, foundation, tech, and most recently insurance, always in a talent role. By night, she helps job seekers navigate the tricky market that she became all too familiar with after navigating a 2023 layoff. During Jessica's search, she focused her energy on networking and building her personal brand to attract inbound job leads. Jessica is passionate about helping job seekers get off the job boards and reprogram their search.
