Are we really Blind when it comes to our Blind spots?
As learning and development (L&D) professionals, we often ask ourselves, "How can we drive significant impact on business outcomes?". Sometimes, it's the basic skills that can make a tremendous difference.
Recognizing feedback can act as a growth engine in any complex organization is crucial, and discussing how we, as change agents, can harness it within our organizations is worthwhile.
