Are we really Blind when it comes to our Blind spots?

As learning and development (L&D) professionals, we often ask ourselves, "How can we drive significant impact on business outcomes?". Sometimes, it's the basic skills that can make a tremendous difference.

Recognizing feedback can act as a growth engine in any complex organization is crucial, and discussing how we, as change agents, can harness it within our organizations is worthwhile.

Join us as we delve into feedback models, engage in introspection and small group work, and practice in a unique 1-hour workshop experience.

Gain valuable insights & hints from Hana's article, our workshop facilitator.
