Meet Your Speaker: Kara Fasone, PhD (she/her) Kara is a Talent Management Leader at Oak Street Health and an adjunct professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a passion for pushing others to reach their fullest potentials. She practices a people-focused and data-driven approach to exploring workplace behavior and building incredible employee experiences.
