Gaby Alvarez-Pollack
Gaby is a learning/training expert and a certified professional coach with an emphasis in strategic talent management, behavioral assessments, and organizational design.
For over 20 years, her passion for learning, growth and strategy has helped individuals, teams and organizations achieve success by finding the perfect combination of personal meaning and business results.
Gaby creates and delivers transformational learning experiences and coaching conversations focused on bringing individual talents and strengths to life, improving emotional intelligence, and opening paths of continuous learning and growth, always in support of organizational goals and business strategy.
She founded GS&L Consulting in 2015 after many years of corporate and executive experience that led to her own personal journey of discovery and purpose. Since then, GS&L has focused on Experiential Learning and Coaching specifically designed for Personal/Professional Development, Team and Culture Improvement.
Catherine Mattice
Catherine Mattice is the founder/CEO of Civility Partners, an HR consulting firm focused on helping organizations create respectful workplace cultures. Her clients range from Fortune 500's to small business in a multitude of industries.

Dr. Maureen Orey is an expert in creating high impact learning and performance solutions for organizations. She is a Certified Professional in Talent Development and founded the Workplace Learning & Performance in 2009.
Her mission is simple, to help organizations develop a positive and productive culture that enables leaders & employees to be resilient throughout the life cycles of change.
Melanie Proshchenko
Melanie Proshchenko is a team and leadership consultant who works to bring unity, alignment and cohesion to teams in organizations of all sizes and industries. It’s not about manufacturing relationships, but rather learning to recognize the true power that all team members bring, and exercising appreciation of gifts that are unique.
Through self-awareness, facilitated conversations, and a new expectation on norms, any team can work together to create greatness. Melanie holds a Master’s in Human and Organizational Development from The George Washington University and is certified in CliftonStrengths, DiSC, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Coaching, Blended Learning, and E-Learning Design.
ATD San Diego Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 1 point.
