Far too often, business owners struggle to get their team members engaged in helping them make their business better. Instead, they simply work harder and harder by themselves trying to improve the business.

It happens because many business owners don’t communicate with their team about how their business works in a way that makes sense to them. When they start to talk about “strategy”, all the team hears is “blah, blah, blah” and they mentally check out. They don’t understand, they don’t see how their role fits and they don’t get why it matters.

But what if it were different? What if as a leader, your team listened with genuine interest, understood and got excited about their specific role in your business? It is possible!

Rich uses a powerful, two-part formula that captures the attention of team members at all levels and teaches leaders how to inspire them to get “radically engaged”.

The primary learning objectives of this presentation include:

  • Understanding why a bicycle is a perfect metaphor for a business.
  • Improving business leader’s communication skills related to how a business truly works.
  • Training business leaders to better engage with their teams.
  • Tapping into the needs, desires and goals of your team members in order to bring them to the highest level of engagement and performance.
