About the presenter
Bruce Griffiths, President and CEO of Organization Systems International, has agreed to speak. His background in OD goes a ways back. He was a co-founder of the original OD Network Chapter, here in San Diego.
Bruce is a recognized thought leader in the area of competency modeling. He started OSI in 1980 and has worked with Fortune 500s and many companies in the U.S. and abroad. Recent clients included: Nike Inc., The Walt Disney Company, Siemens, AT&T, Wendy’s, Dow Corning, American Greetings, Callaway Golf, PetSmart, Starwood Hotels, and Crayola.
In addition to his expertise is in Competency Modeling, Bruce provides executive-level consulting in multi-rater 360o surveys, executive team building, leadership selection, management simulations, and assessment centers.
