The Future of Training: 5 Things to Know About Augmented Reality

Speaker: Ray Valenzuela

Ray Valenzuela presents an interactive session covering the use, application, and capabilities of augmented reality as a training tool. This session is designed to answer the common questions surround “what” augmented reality is, how it is being applied, what it really means for learning and development, and where people can go to design and develop using augmented reality.

This session is designed to be interactive and collaborative, allowing plenty of time for discussion and participant-centered questioning.

The session is also designed to be relevant to internal and external learning and development leaders, instructional designers, curriculum developers, or technology consultants.

Science fiction, fantasy, or fact? What is augmented reality, and what does it really mean for the future of learning and development?

Join us as we explore the new capabilities of augmented reality, how it is being used in the industry, and what it means for instructional design moving forward. During this interactive session, we will be answering five key questions:

  • What is augmented reality, and what does it mean for training?
  • What are the benefits of augmented reality?
  • What are the pitfalls of augmented reality?
  • When should I use augmented reality?
  • Where should I go if I want augmented reality?

Dinner will be included for only $10.
