Leveraging Leaders as
Strategic Teachers

Does your organization make the most of its talented, dedicated leaders? If they aren't being used to inspire, mentor, coach, and train others, then it's time to help them—and your organization—reach their full potential.

The “Leaders-Teaching-Leaders” methodology is both a strategic and practical approach designed for use by high performing organizations, learning and human resource professionals, business executives, executive coaches, and high-visibility leaders.

No matter how large or small your organization may be, you can tailor the leaders-teaching-leaders approach to your situation. This session will explore why leveraging leaders as teachers works, it will highlight best practices from leading organizations, and will provide you with a practical guide to creating your own program.

Dr. Maureen Orey, CPLP and Cindy Molina, M.S., CPLP from the Workplace Learning and Performance Group, both have vast experience both internally and externally developing leaders for Fortune 50 organizations.
